I came to Jo for Tapping in order to try and help my fear of flying…. I had not been able to get on a plane since I was 8 years old without experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks, so I found it very difficult to go away if it involved flying. I had an important holiday coming up so when I heard about Tapping, I decided to try it as nothing else had worked for me.
I had a 30-minute call with Jo before the day and we also talked during the session before we started tapping. Straight away Jo made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
The tapping was very relaxing, and I immediately felt a sense of calmness which remained throughout the session and afterwards. I didn’t know if it had changed how I felt until I was on my flight the week after and I felt so relaxed - I couldn’t believe it! I now use “tapping” whenever I feel anxious or on edge.
Jo is a lovely women and I highly recommend her to anyone

Having had 4 years of medical treatment for Cancer and Liver Disease I was left with anxiety which was brought on by the intensive treatment and all the medication and tests I had to have. Although I am now clear of Cancer and my liver issues are being well managed, unfortunately my anxiety continued.
A friend of mine mentioned she had a Tapping session with Jo and it certainly helped her so I contacted Jo and I immediately felt a connection and trusted her.
After my first Tapping Session, I felt that a veil had been lifted. I was becoming me again and seeing a clearer picture. My second session with Jo, we had a very open discussion and I felt very trusting and comfortable talking to her about other surrounding issues in my life.
We decided to do a Reiki session to release tension and increase my energy…. ‘WOW’ it was very powerful!

I went to Jo as I was having trouble eating and was experiencing severe weight loss. I recently suffered from chronic diarrhoea triggered by eating dairy, which resulted in sudden weight loss which was very worrying as I wasn’t overweight before this.
Shortly after I then had a scheduled operation to replace my temporomandibular joint (my left jaw joint) which for several weeks meant that could only eat smooth drinks and food, again resulting in more weight loss. I thought this would improve once I was back to eating food but once my jaw had healed, I found that I was unable to face eating food at all which made me very anxious as you can imagine.
I spoke to Jo and she suggested ‘tapping’. I had never heard of this and was somewhat sceptical, but I thought I had nothing to lose. I had just one session with Jo, which was really calming, and afterwards I just felt much better within myself, but I was still not expecting any change in my eating abilities. The next day I woke and for the first time in around 5 months I felt hungry so I thought I would try some toast and I actually enjoyed it and later on that day I had a small dinner in the evening.
After that I slowly got back to eating normally and I have put on weight and now I am eating normally. To me that was amazing and I would definitely recommend her.
